2. Record-Keeping / Documentation

For content that qualifies as “sexually explicit conduct,” creators must maintain valid and complete age-verification records for all depicted individuals. These records must include government-issued photo identification and date of birth information.

By uploading, creators certify that such records exist and will be provided to Hentaichu and/or lawful authorities upon lawful request.

3. Compliance Responsibility

Hentaichu operates as a hosting / publishing platform. Individual creators are “producers” of their content and are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and associated regulations, where applicable.

Accounts found to be submitting falsified IDs, forged consent, or content involving minors (real or implied as minors) will be terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. How to Report a Violation

If you believe content on Hentaichu violates this policy (for example, depicts underage persons or non-consensual sexual content), immediately contact:

Please include the exact URL and a brief description of the issue so that we can review and, if necessary, remove or escalate the material without delay.
