Digital Services Act Compliance

This page explains how Hentaichu (“we”, “our”, “us”) addresses its responsibilities under the EU Digital Services Act (“DSA”) as an online platform that allows user-generated content, including adult-oriented content.

While Hentaichu is not currently classified as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP), we voluntarily apply key DSA principles regarding illegal content, protection of minors, transparency, and reporting.

1. Protection of Minors

Access to Hentaichu is restricted to adults only. The platform is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

• We forbid the creation of accounts by minors.
• We forbid any upload, depiction, or suggestion of real minors in a sexual context.
• We require creators to confirm that all persons depicted in explicit content are 18+ at the time of production. See our 2257 Compliance Statement.
• Content reported as involving minors or non-consensual activity is prioritized for immediate review and removal and may be escalated to law enforcement.

2. Reporting Illegal Content

Users, rights holders, law enforcement, and regulators may report potentially illegal or non-consensual content to:

Please include a direct URL, a clear description of the issue, and why you believe the content violates law or our policies. This includes:

• Sexual content involving real minors
• Non-consensual / exploitative content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Doxxing / harassment / threats

3. Content Moderation Process

When we receive a valid report of illegal or policy-violating content, we may:

• Temporarily disable access to the reported material
• Review the material against our Terms of Service
• Request age / consent verification from the uploader
• Permanently remove the material if it violates law or policy
• Suspend or terminate the uploader’s account in cases of severe or repeat violations

We reserve the right to preserve evidence and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.

4. Repeat Offenders

Accounts that repeatedly upload illegal, underage, abusive, non-consensual, or infringing content may be permanently banned. This includes attempts to re-register under a different identity after termination.

5. Transparency & Recordkeeping

Hentaichu maintains internal records of:

• Content removal actions
• Account suspensions / bans
• Age / consent verification requests to creators
• Copyright / DMCA complaints

As the platform grows, we may publish periodic transparency summaries covering moderation actions, categories of violations, and volume of reports received. This aligns with Articles 15, 24, and 42 DSA obligations for platforms operating in the EU.

7. Important Notice

Hentaichu is an adult platform. We do not allow minors to create accounts, appear in content, or be depicted in sexual situations. We will work with EU authorities where required to protect minors, remove illegal content, and prevent re-upload attempts.
