2. User Accounts

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Do not impersonate other people or use fake identities.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

3. Creator Content & License

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Hentaichu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, distribute and promote your content on the platform. This license ends when you delete the content, except for technical caching or legal retention.

You are solely responsible that everything uploaded complies with laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or similar age-record laws.

4. Prohibited Content

• Depictions of real minors (under 18).
• Non-consensual or exploitative sexual material.
• Bestiality, real violence, or hate propaganda.
• Stolen or re-uploaded copyrighted works without license.

5. Copyright & DMCA

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copyright holders may request removal of infringing material as described in our DMCA Policy.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All transactions between users and creators are handled by third-party processors. Refunds are handled case-by-case according to processor policy. Hentaichu is not liable for disputes between users and creators.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Hentaichu is provided “as is”. We are not liable for user-generated content or damages resulting from its use. You access the site voluntarily and at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date will appear above. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new version.
