Accessibility Statement

Hentaichu is committed to providing an experience that is accessible, usable, and respectful for all adults, including users with visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, or other disabilities.

Our goal is that all adult users who are legally permitted to access this content (18+) can navigate, browse, and interact with our platform with as few barriers as possible.

1. Accessibility Approach

We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility principles inspired by WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), including:

• Providing sufficient color contrast between text and background.
• Supporting zoom / scaling for users who enlarge text or use high-contrast modes.
• Designing layouts that remain usable on keyboard / tab navigation, without requiring a mouse in core areas.
• Using meaningful labels for interactive elements (buttons, navigation, profile actions).
• Avoiding flashing / strobing effects that could create health risks.

We continue to iterate on these areas as the platform evolves.

2. Known Limitations

Because Hentaichu is an evolving visual-first platform that includes user-generated media and adult content, not all materials are guaranteed to meet accessibility standards at all times. Known limitations may include:

• User-uploaded images, comics, scanlations, and video previews may not include alternative text or audio description.
• Fast-moving animated thumbnails and looped previews may not be suitable for all viewers.
• Creator content may include stylized fonts or embedded text that screen readers cannot parse.

We cannot guarantee the accessibility of every piece of user-generated content. However, we will act on specific reports where a barrier prevents reasonable use of the site for adults with disabilities.

3. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you experience difficulty using Hentaichu due to an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can investigate:

Include (1) a description of the problem, (2) the page URL, and (3) the assistive technology, browser, or device you are using (for example: screen reader, keyboard navigation, high-contrast mode).

We will review your report in good faith, and where it’s technically possible and does not compromise safety, age restriction, or legal obligations, we will work on improvements.

4. Adult Safety and Legal Restrictions

Hentaichu is a strictly 18+ platform. Some of our access controls and legal verification screens are designed to block minors and may require interactions (age gates, consent confirmations, etc.) that are not skippable. These gates are in place for compliance with international adult content laws and the EU Digital Services Act.

5. Commitment to Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time checkbox. As we add features like creator dashboards, payment flows, search and filtering, and age verification, we intend to keep improving navigation clarity and compatibility with assistive technology.

If you’re an adult user with a disability and you cannot reasonably access content you have the legal right to access, please contact us. We will do our best to provide a reasonable alternative or fix the issue in a future update.
